Built by people who lived the problem.
Leadership Success is the parent company behind TeamCharge, founded in 2011.
Three founders. One problem that kept coming back.
Before co-founding Leadership Success in 2011, Anthony led a direct team of 75 and a field network of 400+ agents, reporting to the CEO. He saw how decisions made at the top dissolved before they reached the people doing the work. That experience never left him.
As CEO, he sets strategy and product direction, working closely with Nathan and Mikalie to keep TeamCharge grounded in what happens inside organisations. The Enterprise Alchemy podcast has brought 200+ hours of C-suite conversations into that same frame.
He is a plain-spoken operator. He is not interested in theory that cannot survive contact with a real team on a Tuesday morning.
Nathan came from the intersection of HR technology and selection science, designing data-driven recruitment systems and predictive placement models grounded in psychometric testing. Trained in industrial and product design, he brings a builder’s instinct to people technology.
As Chief Product Officer, he has shaped product design and development at Leadership Success for 14 years. His rule is simple: start from what the person in the role needs, make it work in the field, and prove it before you scale it.
The world-first leadership skills assessment, the performance and personality tools developed with UNSW, the Learner Proficiency Pathway framework. All of it came from that same instinct, applied consistently over 14 years.
Mikalie leads delivery, operations and customer success. With a background spanning law, governance and large-scale operations, she holds both the commercial and human sides of what it means to build leadership capability at scale.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Management, and works closely with academic partners to keep Leadership Success’ tools aligned with current research in behavioural and organisational science. She designed and delivered award-winning leadership and inclusion programs at Rio Tinto.
She is the person who makes sure that what gets promised to clients gets delivered, and that what gets delivered changes something.
Tools built with scientists, not after them.
The world-first objective leadership skills assessment was developed in 2013 with Vale Professor E. James Kehoe at UNSW, validated for reliability and construct validity. 35,000 assessments have since been completed worldwide.
Performance and personality assessments were developed under the supervision of Vale Professor E. James Kehoe and Professor Amirali Minbashian at UNSW. That research directly informs TeamCharge’s calibration assessment today.
Built to last.
Fourteen years of practice. One problem that kept coming back. One product built to solve it. A SaaS product, live within days.
